Reservation
Payment of a minimum of 20% of the total cost of booking will secure you a reservation. The balance will be collected on the day of arrival prior to checking into the Villa or up to 5 working days prior to check in date.

Guests are required to check in from 12 noon and to check out no later than 12 noon on the day of departure.

Catering Service
We charge a daily rate of $6 should you require the services of our excellent cook, available for 12 hours a day finishing at 9pm daily.

Laundry and Ironing
We provide washing machine (not washing powder)with an iron and an ironing board for your use. Ironing can be done for you at a charge of 15 thousand cedis or $1.5 for every 5 items and 5 thousand cedis for each item.

Energy Consumption
Can you please make sure you switch off our air-conditions as you leave the room. Also switch off the hot water boiler after bathing. We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY in all our rooms. Smoking is permitted outside.

Breakages and Damages
Any customer is liable to pay for any breakages or damages caused by them. No pets are allowed in our villas. We accept no liability for any damage or theft for vehicles parked on our premises. Vehicles parked on our premises are at the owners own risk.

Please inform our staff should you want to hold a party or a function so preparations are made.
