Our Villas are located off Spintex Road, a screened neighbourhood of red tiled roofs and white washed houses. Situated in Central Accra, 15 minutes from Kotoka International Airport, we are less than three miles from Cocoa beach, Labadi Pleasure beach and Tema Harbour - Accra’s premier beaches, as well as the shopping, world-renowned cuisine and colourful nightlife of Osu.

Charity Tetteh, founder of Royal Ramsgate, named the Villas as she was named – after things cherished; Peace, Love and Joy.
Love Villa features six, luxurious en suite double bedrooms, Joy Villa features four sumptuously decorated, en suite double bedrooms and Peace Villa is a three double bedroom TK. All our homes are well appointed, air conditioned, and have friendly, local staff including a qualified chef, concierge, a swimming pool and a security operative.
The fully landscaped grounds contain everything you need for work or leisure, full linen, and a back-up generator in case of a good old-fashioned Ghanaian power cut.
We extend Ghanaian hospitality to all our clients, and aim to accommodate everyone please feel free to contact us with any special requests. Royal Ramsgate operates a strict no smoking policy.
